An enquiry comes before a booking
A form submission or WhatsApp message requests availability and a proposal. It does not hold a place or confirm a departure. Wait for written confirmation from our team.
Your written proposal
Before confirming, check the dates, travellers, meeting point, return, nights, meals, transport and total price. Catalogue figures are guide prices per person, based on two travellers, unless otherwise specified.
Deposit and balance
The proposal should state any deposit, balance deadline and accepted payment methods. The website form takes no payment. Ask for these details before making a payment.
Cancellation and changes
Request the cancellation terms for your dates, including deadlines, charges, refunds and any exceptions. Also check what happens if weather, safety or the organiser requires a change. Understand the written arrangements before paying.
Planning your arrangements
Discuss dietary requests, mobility needs, children’s ages and comfort expectations before confirmation. Agree the pace, riding arrangements and equipment needed for your group.
Questions about inclusions?
Compare the product’s included and excluded items with your proposal. Camp-only stays do not automatically include access transport, and a city-departure circuit is not the same as several days of walking.
